Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BevAlc Intelligence ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

BevAlc Intelligence provides access to a database of TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau) Certificate of Label Approval (COLA) records. Our Service allows users to search, filter, and analyze publicly available label approval data.

Account Registration

To access the Service, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Confirm your email through our double opt-in process
• Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts to bulk download data without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the data in bulk form
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Data Accuracy

The data provided through our Service is sourced from public TTB records. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all records
• Data is provided "as is" without warranty
• You should verify critical information with official TTB sources

Intellectual Property

The Service design, features, and functionality are owned by BevAlc Intelligence. The underlying COLA data is public information from the TTB. You may use data retrieved from the Service for your own business purposes, but may not redistribute the compiled database.

Free Service

The current Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce paid tiers or features in the future
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Limit access for users who violate these terms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BevAlc Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
